  • Any cost arising when itinerary changes due to force majeure
  • Personal expenses such as table drinks, water bottles, alcohol, snacks, telephone calls, room service, laundry, tips to drivers, guides and hotel staff
  • Applicable GST @ 5%
  • Motorcycle security deposit of Rs 5000/- per bike (refundable)
  • Any entry fees for monasteries and monuments or photo/video cameras
  • Towing charges of vehicles if left half way during the ride
  • Anything not mentioned in inclusions
  • An amount of INR 7,500/- per person (non-refundable) to be deposited for slot confirmation
  • Balance amount to be deposited 45 days before the departure date.
  • Failure to adhere to "Payment Policy" can lead to cancellation of the booking without any prior notice.
  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of cost will be deducted.
  • 20-30 days before departure: 50% of cost will be deducted.
  • Less than 20 days before departure: 100% of cost will be deducted
  • Booking amount is non-refundable.
