  • Kaziranga elephant safari, Airport pick & drop, lunch, bonfire, tolls, travel insurance, riding gears.
  • Any food, travel and accomodation cost arising due to bad health or natural calamities like landslides, road blocks, bad weather etc.
  • Any cost arising when itinerary changes due to force majeure.
  • Personal expenses such as table drinks, water bottles, alcohol, snacks, telephone calls, room service, laundry, tips to drivers, guides and hotel staff.
  • Applicable GST @ 5%.
  • Motorcycle security deposit of Rs 5000/- per bike (refundable).
  • Any entry fees for monasteries and monuments or photo/video cameras.
  • Towing charges of vehicles if left half way during the ride.
  • Anything not mentioned in tour inclusions.
  • An amount of INR 7,500/- per person (non-refundable) to be deposited for slot confirmation.
  • Balance amount to be deposited 45 days before the departure date.
  • Failure to adhere to "Payment Policy" can lead to cancellation of the booking without any prior notice.
  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost will be deducted.
  • 20-30 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be deducted.
  • Less than 20 days before departure: 100% of total cost will be deducted.
  • Booking amount is non-refundable.
